The 1. flow rate is larger than 20-40 liters/minute, the material is similar to HAC276, the microreactor can bear pressure above 20Mpa, and the reaction temperature is below 500 ℃.
2. the whole system is applied to our company, the instantaneous accuracy of multi-pump material feed ratio is above 99%, and the reactor realizes multi-temperature zone gradient temperature control.
3. main body 3D printed MR reactor, the total weight is less than 50kg, and the volume of a single reactor is 30cm long, 20cm wide and 5cm high.
The 4. is equipped with 5 groups of explosion-proof servo control automatic compensation to adjust the flow rate of low pulse metering pump feed.
The 5. production has an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons.
